The quickest way to reach us is by phone during working hours. If you are calling about a live leak, it helps to have a few details to hand: roughly when the leak started, whether it worsens in heavy rain or in wind-driven rain from one direction, the approximate age of the roof and the covering it has on it, and whether anything has recently been fitted through the roof such as a rooflight, vent or aerial fixing. That information often tells us straight away whether you need an emergency visit or a scheduled survey.

If you use the form, please include your postcode. Access is the single biggest variable in a flat roofing price - a first-floor extension reached from a garden is a very different job to a third-floor roof requiring scaffold or a mobile platform over a public footpath - and knowing the address lets us give you a realistic figure rather than a range. Photographs are welcome too; if you can safely take pictures from an upstairs window, send them to our email address and we will review them before we visit.

We normally respond to enquiries the same working day, and within one working day at busy times. Surveys are typically arranged within a week. The survey itself is free and carries no obligation: we inspect the deck and covering, check falls and outlets, photograph the problem areas and send you a digital report with an itemised quotation covering preparation, materials, access and disposal.
