If you are getting in touch about a leak, it helps to have a few details to hand: roughly when it started, where the water is showing inside, whether it gets worse in heavy or wind-driven rain, and roughly how old the roof is. That tells us how soon we need to visit.

Photographs are welcome. If you can safely take pictures of the roof, for example from an upstairs window, send them to info@perlini.co.uk and we will look at them before we visit.

Please include your postcode. We work across London and the surrounding counties, and knowing the address helps us plan access. For commercial buildings, tell us whether the building will stay occupied during the works.
